Same old same old. Some exciting news though, my name is now one of the newest scents for Kotex. Makes me proud that I'm now a tampon sent. My brother said he's going to call me Kotex now. So sweet.

So me and this guy Mike finally went out last night. We've been meeting up through friends for a couple weeks now and he finally asked me out. The timidness is kind of endearing. Any ways, so he picks me up in his incredibly big truck...makes me wonder if he's compensating for something. Kidding! We go to Macaroni Grill, which I love! We had a great conversation and we seem to have a lot in common. Towards the end of the meal I see him looking around in his bowl, we ordered the same thing mind you, so I ask, "Is there something scary in there?" He just laughed and said, "No I was just wondering where that black stuff came from b/c you have it in your teeth." I just started laughing and said, "You didn't have to be all creative about it, you could have just told me I have food in my teeth." This was after I have alfredo sauce on my chin by the way. I'm a messy eater ok?! So we get done and he asks if there's anything I want to do. I just told him that I didn't want to go home but there's nothing else I can think of. So he takes me home, walks me to my door and leaves. Not even a hand shake! I was like, wow so this guy must hate food in teeth or something b/c our date lasted an hour and a half. So I call my friend Mel, who's also friends with Mike and told her what happened. I didn't know what went wrong. So later she talked to him. Turns out he was going to take me for dessert but when he started to turn on this one street I told him my house was the other way. He didn't say anything b/c he thought I really wanted to go home. I didn't know what he was doing. I felt so stupid and my friend Randy got a kick out of the whole thing. He took Mel's phone from her just so he could laugh at me. Jerk! :)
Turns out we both had a great time and we're going out again sometime. Ah first dates...always awkward.
